These terms govern your use of kalank.in and any purchase you make from KALANK. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

KALANK is an Indian saree label operating from B42, New Modern Shahdara, 8th Street, Delhi 110032, India. You can reach us at hello.kalankindia@gmail.com.

2. Products

We describe every saree as accurately as we can, including fabric, colour and work. Because our pieces are handwoven and hand-finished, minor variation in weave, colour, drape and finish is normal and expected. Screen and camera colour rendering differs by device, so the shade you see may vary slightly from the saree you receive.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. We may change prices at any time without notice, but the price shown when your order is confirmed is the price you pay. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order placed at a price listed in error.

4. Orders

An order is accepted only when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order - for example where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud - and will refund you in full if we do.

5. Shipping and returns

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photographs, product names, copy, design and the KALANK name and marks, belongs to KALANK and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

7. Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Third-party services

This site runs on Shopify and uses third-party payment, shipping and analytics providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their part of the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
