Where we ship from

Every KALANK order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse at B42, New Modern Shahdara, 8th Street, Delhi 110032.

India - free shipping

Shipping is free on all orders within India. There are no minimum-order or handling charges.

• Dispatch: within 1-2 business days of your order being placed.
• Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3-7 business days from dispatch.
• Rest of India: 7-10 business days from dispatch.

International

We ship worldwide at a flat Rs. 1,800 per order. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are payable by the recipient and are not included in our shipping charge.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin updating.

Delays

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Timelines are estimates: weather, festival-season volumes, regional restrictions and courier delays can extend them. If your parcel has not moved for more than 5 business days, email us and we will chase it for you.

Addresses

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If you need to correct an address, email us before dispatch. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Prices and GST

All prices shown on kalank.in are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. Nothing further is added at checkout for customers in India.
